• Account & contact information — your name, email address, mobile number, dealership name, business address, and login credentials.
• Dealership & business data — information you enter into the platform, such as vehicle inventory and VINs, purchase and sale records, customer deals, expenses, flooring, titles, sales-tax figures, payroll and commission data, and uploaded documents.
• Payment information — billing details needed to process your subscription. Card payments are handled by our third-party payment processors; we do not store full card numbers on our systems.
• Usage & device data — log data such as IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, and actions taken, collected automatically when you use the service.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide, operate, secure, and maintain the AutoVault platform.
• To process transactions and manage your subscription and billing.
• To personalize your experience and improve our products and features.
