Welcome to AutoVault. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AutoVault platform, websites, and services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of your dealership to use the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for all activity that occurs under your account.
AutoVault provides a cloud-based platform that helps dealerships manage inventory, sales, expenses, sales tax, payroll, and reporting. We may add, change, or remove features over time to improve the Service.
Paid plans are billed on a recurring monthly basis. Your first month is free. After the free month, your subscription renews automatically at the then-current rate (currently $99.99 per month for Fully Loaded) until you cancel. You may cancel at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable.
You agree not to: use the Service for any unlawful purpose; upload malicious code; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other accounts; reverse engineer or resell the Service; or use it in a way that infringes the rights of others or disrupts the platform.
You retain ownership of the data and content you enter into the Service ("Your Content"). You grant AutoVault a limited license to host, process, and display Your Content solely to provide and improve the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of Your Content. Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
The Service, including its software, design, and trademarks, is owned by AutoVault and its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any ownership of the Service or our intellectual property.
The Service may integrate with third-party products (such as payment processors or auction data providers). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. AutoVault does not provide tax, legal, or accounting advice, and the figures and reports in the Service are tools to assist you — not a substitute for a qualified professional. Always verify important numbers before filing or making decisions.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AutoVault will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold AutoVault harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service, Your Content, or your violation of these Terms.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that could cause harm. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends, and we may delete Your Content after a reasonable retention period.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California.
